Services Guarantee
Security SA offers a guarantee that ensures the highest standard of performance. Should any permanent client feel that this promise has been upheld that client may invoke the guarantee.
How does the guarantee work?
To activate the guarantee simply call our head office and we will record your claim. The necessary steps will be taken and you will receive a credit memo.
If you contract with Security SA on a permanent basis, you will receive a written and signed Service Guarantee stipulating our promise and terms thereof.
A client that activates the Service Guarantee does not pay the fee for the individual shift during which the violation occurred.
We guarantee a direct 24 hour contact to senior management. Further, exception reports, weekly/monthly reports and recommendation for improved service, are all guaranteed.
This is yet another initiative to rectify our mistakes and raise our standards to attain the highest level of service excellence.
